A Conversation: An Ideation Experience

A Conversation originated from varied issues that shaped the lives of the collaborative artists Carol Erickson, Amy Sproul and Vicki Bolen.  Each artist used the same techniques to create their individual books including personal statements, word association lists, and personal artwork. The fourth book invites the reader to join the experience. The multi-section slipcase houses the separate books as a single unit but allows for random and non-sequential reading. As a group, the three artists made the colored wax-resist slipcase cover paper and the linen book cloth for each individual book. Each artist's book is covered with paper created by that artist. 4.75" x 6.75" x 2.5". Edition of 7. $750.
